TYPE C

This type of residence comprises a 150 sq.m. house (A02). Upon entering from the right entrance, there is a spacious kitchen, a WC, and a bedroom. To the left, there is a living area with a dining room and a cozy sitting area. The living area is connected to the kitchen, creating an open-concept layout.

 

The bedroom on the ground floor has its own balcony with a view of the courtyard. Taking the stairs opposite the entrance door leads to the upper floor, where two master bedrooms with private bathrooms are located. Both bedrooms have balconies with stunning sea views. Additionally, on this level, there is a loft space with a bedroom, a cloakroom, and a bathroom. The loft also provides access to a roof garden with panoramic views of Katerini.
