Nine houses (A03, A04, A05, A09, A10, A11, A12, A13), each spanning approximately 110 sq.m., are situated on the ground floor of the plot. These houses feature a bathroom, a kitchen area, and an open-plan living and dining area on the southeast side, offering breathtaking views of the sea.
